Pimple is the result of blockage of pores. Most teenagers get the type of acne called acne vulgaris, which may appear on the face, neck, shoulders, back and chest. Skin pores contain oil glands which naturally lubricate your skin and hair. When the layers external dead skin (as it does continuously), the dead cells of skin left in May to become “glued” together by the sticky sebum. This causes a blockage in the pore, especially when the skin becomes thicker at puberty. The sebaceous glands produce more sebum that accumulates behind blocking, and this sebum harbors various bacteria, including species of Propionibacterium acnes. As the body’s natural defense against bacteria is primarily phagocytes (white blood cells) rush to the site behind the blockage (where the bacteria). Most people affected by acne are aged between 12 and 25. However, men and women in their 30s and 40s can also suffer.

Pimple is caused by overactive sebaceous glands that secrete oily substances on the sebaceous glands skin.The people with acne are especially sensitive to normal blood levels of a hormone called testosterone, found naturally in men and women.Testosterone in people prone to acne triggers the sebaceous glands produce excess sebum. At the same time, the dead cells of the skin lining the openings of hair follicles (the tubes that contain the hair) not fall properly and clog follicles.These two effects combined cause a build up of oil in the hair follicles. This causes blackheads and white form. For some people, their acne does not progress beyond that stage. However, in others, the accumulation of oil in the hair follicles creates an ideal environment for a bacteria called Propionibacterium acnes to grow.

1.Fresh lime may be stamped on the buttons and blackheads.

2.Mix 1 teaspoon of fresh coriander powder with a pinch of turmeric powder. Apply on pimples and blackheads. Keep overnight and wash gently in the morning.

3.Make dough fresh young leaves of curry apply and maintain the wash in hot water overnight in the morning. Helps to gradually fade wrinkles.

4.Make dough nut nutmeg (Jaiphal) with raw milk. Apply on pimples and blackheads on leave for 20 minutes or overnight. Continue for 10-12 days until this face is clear.

5.For dry skin rub a piece of sandalwood on a smooth stone with a few drops of raw milk. Apply the paste on the areas affected. Continue for 1 hour. Wash gently.

6.For oily skin a paste made of sandalwood and rosewater apply on affected areas, maintain for 1 hour and wash gently.

7.Apply a paste of fresh methi (fenugreek) leaves over the face every night for 10-15 minutes and washed hot water.

8.Make a paste of neem leaves with turmeric powder. Apply to the affected area. Rinse immediately after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.

9.Mix mint juice with turmeric powder and apply on affected area. Leave for 15-20 minutes and rinse with warm water.

10.Make a paste of radish seeds ground with water and apply on face to prevent the formation of points black buttons.

11.Mix 5 teaspoon of baking soda with 1 cup of boiled water. Put the mixture on the buttons.

12.Take a tablespoon of powdered black pepper and add enough stock to make thick paste. Apply on the infected area and let dry. Wash off after 5-7 minutes. It is an effective treatment against blackheads or get rid of pimples.
