First, I understand where you come from. I grew up with really bad acne, not only on my face but on my body too. Was embarrassing and I tried everything including cleansers, creams, prescription drugs, antibiotics, prescription drugs, and even shots of dermatologist (ouch!) to get rid of it. Basically what I did in a word was unique to my system by removing processed foods and unsolicited, and added that many fruits and vegetables to my diet that possible. This part is key. I also started drinking lots of water daily, starting 3 or 4 glasses when I wake up (adding a dash of fresh lemon at times). I also got more each day, walking, running, sports, jumping, whatever, Just getting active. No it only gave me more energy, helping to flush out the toxins that were clogging up my system.
