Does Neosporin applied to a grain that has been chosen to burst or help it heal faster?

I have two beans I was born (I know not should!) And I've heard that Neosporin accelerates the healing process if the points in the shins at night. In addition, I have two other grains that have formed scabs – Neosporin help clear up more quickly as well? Thanks!

i do not know if it will heal quickly. I know you do not have a good scare.
