How do I get rid of my pimples with creams or medications out?
I started having a lot of pimples on the face and back and I will not be as my brother and his father to have his whole life. Is there any medicine out was with or creams that can get rid of them. Thanks!
Drink lots, plenty of water and change sheets regularly to remove dead skin cells. Shower regularly with a good body wash, perhaps with the head and shoulders (at backne general support) and change your shirt when its dirty. Personal hygiene is the key.
