How I can go to the track?

Ok I went and weighed two Fridays ago when I donated plasma and said that my weight was 273. : (I'm 5'8 I've been eating lately .. horrible .. And now I have some pimples, well .. I woke up this morning, looked in the mirror and said, "No more ".. I'm going to fix me .. Today I'll tackle the treadmill and do a video walk free .. I have to start eating right, drinking more water, and cut all junk .. What else I can do? I leave in the spring a lot better! Thanks in advance!

Grande, the attitude you have now definitely earn more and get to the spring that looks great! Just keep up with what you are doing and do not forget to take some multivitamin daily if you are eating less of certain foods that help your immune system. For breakfast, you might try a healthy shake, maybe a fruit for the day. Reduce carbohydrate consumption, waste, red meat and alcohol slowly to reach the goal of some in moderation.
