What are these lumps on my face? (No acne)?

It is not pimples or pimples .. Since I was about 12 (I'm 16, 17 next week) I had these white blows around the cheek bone areas. They are kind of hard white ball under my skin, I can remove them with a needle (sterilized of course). But I have renounced them off in front .. There are too many. I went to a dermatologist before, and he told me it was calcium deposits. But this also dermatologist is the same as in an appointment, I said I could freeze one of my spots, and in the next round, told me that he never said so, and it was impossible. Therefore, I have no idea if what you say is true. Does anyone have an idea as to what they are? It does not really bother me, I'm curious. Request More Info if necessary. Thanks, Kayleigh.
