tablet – zinc 50 mg daily (I do in the morning) two natural cure treatment of acne pill men morning and tomorrow night – Cetaphil cleansing bar soft skin Witch Hazel sensitive dry mixed with a little tree oil teaspoon cream of vitamin E in combination with aloe vera and jojoba oil (sp?) After school at 16 hours – leaf oil clear night – soft Cetaphil bar, dried witch hazel tea tree for sensitive skin mixed with lemon juice, oil vitamin E cream mixed with aloe vera and jojoba oil (sp?) as a spot treatment at night – the honey and cinnamon nutmeg if you think there is much material – What should I not home when I should add SOMETHING?
If the work continues, but I suggest drinking lots of water. Just wash face clean and then try not to put too much into it.
