Ways to reduce redness of acne?? please help me! thanks?
what foods and vitamins I can add to my diet? I am very aware health and knowledge that eating vegetables and vegetable carotene, beta, vit. c, drink lots of water, reduce your intake of hydrogenated oils, fats, sugar and sodium help maintain clear skin … but I am already doing all this and still I have this horrible acne = (number one uncomfortable, sometimes painful and I am tierd of living with it = (any positive suggestion / ideas / information is very well received, thanks in advance! kit kat thnx =) ill def. try! aww this is gr8 info! … so useful! thank you very much! these responses have a lotta sense, thanks for your help guys!
less is more, not exceeding the face. sounds weird doesn't it? since look, his face rather than oil production to compensate for excessive drying of the face wash, toner, tea tree oil etc. .. use a mild detergent. hydrate even though you have acne! what I take is a multi-vitamin daily. and fish oil! its omega 3 capsules. reduces inflammation in about two weeks. Also take zinc (: itll reduce inflammation. and you can take a antioxadent as acai berry capsules .. (: my skin is flawless now. and I used to have acne that bad. I hope this helps! x0x0
