any supplements good for oily skin?

I've had oily skin since they reach puberty. my scalp is oily too. I'm losing hair due to it and I have only 19! I'm using some of the most expensive skin care to treat my acne and oily skin. but now I think I deal with this problem internally. so any suggestion would greatly assist
