Is sulfur good to put on your face for acne?
I started breaking out recently, I’m 26 and never suffered with acne before. Proactiv sucks, all it does is dry my skin out. I started using St. Ives blackhead scrub and the neutrogena blackhead foaming pads, and they seem to be working (knock on wood). I’ve heard that sulfur is good also. I’d appreciate your opinion or advice.

yes, sulfur is wonderful if you are breaking out. it is oil-absorbing and blemish drying. i use a zinc and sulfur mask and i have very oily skin. i use it as a spot treatment as well at bed time. it also helps heal insect bites. if you are using it and it is drying you out, try using a oil-free moisturizer afterward to soothe.
