is this a good regimen for my moderate acne?
1. cleanse with zaptyz soothing 2% salicylic acid
2. apply peter thomas roth’s 10% glycolic acid hydrating gel
3. apply a 2.5 % benzoyl peroxide treatment
4. moisturize with cetaphil
5. makeup powder has spf 20 in in
???? will this regimen help with my acne? if not, why do you think so…and what has helped your acne…and by the way, i have horrible acne!!!…? please help pleeease?
A solid acne wash (Practive or Clean and Clear)
a toner to offer ph and help with oil
Perhaps a stirdex pad (or similar)
then acne cream/gel to spot treat the red blemishes -
Repeat at night.
Once a week do a deep cleaning acne mask.
