Pregnant Acne Medication
is it possible to get pregnant while you are on birth control?
i take doxycycline hyclate for my acne. and im going to get birth control within the next week.
is it possible to become pregnant while on birth control if i am taking that medication?
should i use a condom too, just to be safe?
I also am taking doxycycline (100mg) along with birth control pills. My pharmacist warned me that it will make the birth control pills less effective, so it’s a good idea to use a second method, along with the pill.
Keep in mind that any antibiotic is going to make the pill less effective so be careful =)

Yes, I think it’d definitely be a good idea to use condoms, too…Just to be on the safe side =)
