biological difference between acne and a simple rash?
Ok, I need to know this and do not find in my book or lecture notes, but my teacher never exactly understood. Can someone explain this to me in an understanding of biology? Obviously I I realize that acne is a lot of grain, against a mere bump, but why is that? Thus, acne is caused by hormonal changes, compared to a grain that is caused by contamination outside the pore?
