Teens: Have you ever had pimples on the scalp?

Ok, so I have a few pimples on the scalp. They look like sores. I tried to choose from them but they bleed. Do pimples on the scalp is normal? You should see a doctor? Have you ever had this?

EW, that is serious. I am sure that is not natural, but do not touch!
