How do I get rid of my pimples in a week or less without using products?

I'm trying to avoid using cleaning products. But, I need my face to be clean and grains and scars I have need to have disappeared inside covers, 4 days. Can someone please help me? Thank you.

Well, I hav th same problem as white toothpaste on them b4 bed & wash in th morning THT w. aid swellin º and helps make them smaller lemon juice about 2 em mak scars fade GOOD LUCK
