how to get rid of the grains in the mouth area?

What is the most effective and fastest way to get rid of pimples around area of the chin, below the mouth?

unfortunately, theres no quick way to defeat the grain, mainly because theres no cure, there are only a few products that say they will help the symptoms, so all we can do now is use a good cleaning, I use (clean, cleaner light cream) and then DONT POP THEM, much less contact with them, leave them alone, popping them can irritate and cause it to spread, and you push it deeper only cleans the skin and expect it to be, you can treat acne specific products, but most are bad for the skin or dont work best of luck: P
