My doctor recommended I recently visited the "South Beach Diet, and I purchaced some books and read them. However, I need alternatives to vegan meals if anyone can recommend a website, cookbook, recipes, or seomthign done. I am a vegetarian satisfied, and because of the cystic acne I am forbidden by my dermatologist and how to eat ANY dairy products, no milk, milk proudcts, cheese, yogurt, whatever. I'm not either, but eggs. Someone idiots meal plans for Phase 1, or recipes or links to share? I really need help and the doctor I'm with is out of town for next month because of a marriage.
