Okay, I’m not really sure what you meant by “no medical stuff” but I’ll give you what I know and you can decide if it’s too “medical” for your tastes.
Benzoyl peroxide treatments are available at CVS and can really help, but they can also dry out your skin so be careful about that.
Clean and Clear has some good stuff out there, you just have to find what seems to suit your case the best.
As for at-home: WATER!!!! Drink water. It will help you be overall more healthy, and being overall more healthy helps your skin out big time.
If you’re more concerned about things being natural rather than chemical, check out a health food store nearby or even online. They often have herb-based gloops and glops you can put on your skin, and sometimes they work better than the chemicals!
