What I can use to cover up or get acne or scarring and get rid upper lip hair?

My friend's hair bleaching upper lip .. If that does not tickle your fancy get wax from time to time .. Acne scars – I have two or three too .. Is expected to disappear over time – One of the mines made heres hoping the others do not .. If yours is worse tries to put a light cover of the foundation on your face? Maybe stores offer skin care things for him? I have never tried mind to look there ..
