help! MASSIVE break after going to the spa …?
I went to a Scandinavian spa weekend. The class that enters the hot bath, then cold immersed in 15 cycles of the meeting minutes from time to time on a steam bath. I also had a full body massage. I was told that this is supposed to help the body get rid of toxins and rejuvenation. But now I'm home, a couple of days later – I am experiencing an outbreak of acne MASS. I'm talking about hundreds of small pimples all over his face. I have never had acne like this, I had the occasional pimple and black head … but this is ridiculous! It's an emergency because I have no photos commitment in four days! I need advice … as soon as possible: S! What I can do to help cure at least a bit before the photo? .. also what is good moisturizer that does more harm then good?

Do not poke and pick at it, just wash your face in the morning and at night, put on moisturizer and not try the cake of makeup to cover it.
