Do I have a hormonal imbalance?
I have 16 years, and unlike my friends, I just show signs of having gone through puberty. I'm short and thin, and have a small chest. I never acne and I am constantly confused with being a child of 12 years or less. I have my period three years ago, but only I had one every 4 months or so since then. I have absolutely no desire for relationships and dates always lower. Do I have a hormonal imbalance, or am I a bloomer later? Is there still hope for me?
Well, when your first period starts usually a bit out of tune, but if this has been happening for three years. You doctor should know about and test your levels of estrogen and testosterone. So I suggest you go to your GP and talk with them about it. Also the relationship thing, not everyone wants one, if there is no desire, do not stress. I'm sure when your ready there's still going to be a lot boys.
