Black heads and pimples?? HELP !!!!?

Hi, I have 11 and I have some bumps on the face and a black head usually GO AWAY! Does anyone knows how to cure pimples and black heads going?? Is there a cream or product so that work?? I use oatmeal or something and wave. Helps to add something. Thanks
