How do I get rid of acne on the back and chest?
I shower once a day and have good hygiene very, but ho does not know how much it will suck can tell me some foods or medications I can use to clarify
I'm 38 and I had very bad acne since was 14. I went with antibiotics a year, then three times Accutane! Every time you help in one year, or, outside and I would start getting acne again. My acne has continued into adulthood. I had acne on my face and back too! I tried to eliminate fatty foods, chocolate, caffeine and sugar. None of these worked me. In my opinion, the cause is different for each person. Recently, I changed my diet and my acne has EVERYTHING! Having acne for more 24 years, I would never leave. It happened by chance. I have not changed my diet to eliminate acne, I changed to lose weight and be healthier. What should I eat lots of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, fish, shellfish, nuts, seeds and olives. I eat less than 40 grams of sugar per day (average). I also eat in the area where most meals. See the book "into the zone" by Dr. Sears, which explains the science behind the food in your body. I can eat dark chocolate and iced tea (without sugar) every day! No acne! My sister had a Acne similar problem, which is 37. We have tried to understand what got rid of my acne because it still has acne and was "healthy diet" for more than a decade. She is on a low fat diet and eat ultra: lean meats, lots of whole grains, fruit and vegetables and very little sugar. We decided that only four differences exist in our diet: 1. I stopped eating meat (except fish and seafood) 2. I eat a lot of monounsaturated fatty acids (found in nuts, seeds, olives and olive oil) 3. I eat very little bread, cereals, pasta, crackers or whole grain. [This was one of my favorites!]. Less one serving per day often not. Carbohydrates are found in fruits and vegetables and that is where I now have my carbs. 4. I can combine foods similar to the area (not perfectly, and all the time!) # 3 is very likely that the cause of your acne. She just started to try this one. She tried # 1 and has no meat.
