Should I take doxycycline for my acne?

I have mild to moderate acne. Finally I went to the Derm last month, because nothing in the counter was helping. He prescribed 150 mg of doxycycline, Cleocin-T Lotion (1%), and a face wash benzoyl peroxide (7%). So far I have been using only the Cleocin and Washing Face and it seems to clarify something. As three weeks ago. I'm hesitant to take antibiotics due to side effects and all that I have read mixed reviews about them. Some say they have helped, while others said it made them worse. My skin seems to be clearing up a bit (although they are in my jawline are reappearing .. grrrr) and I would not want to ruin the progress. Anybody have success with doxycycline clearing up your skin?

you should take Accutane and simply out of nuke. you do not always have to deal with him anymore really.
