Keflex is a successful anti-biotic to clear up acne?

I have acne on the face, but its really not that bad. I would consider acne moderate. My aunt who is a doctor put me on one of Keflex antibiotics. She said she Keflex away the bacteria in your body. I used it for 4 days and my acne worse, I jumped it. She said the drug also increases. Should I stay there or try something else?
