how do i get rid of big pimples on my boyfriends bottom?

they seem to stay, or just spread when some heal or dry out, sometimes it looks like they are leaving scars, what can i do?

they’re probably from perspiration. Try using a acne fighting body wash and switching underwear. My husband is quite the sweater & we’ve found Calvin Klein Pro-Mesh trunks keep him very dry.
