Acne scars … Please help?

I have 15 years and have bad acne scars. No "pop" my pimples. Instead, exfoliate and then use a spot treatment (usually pop by themselves with this technique). Am I doing something wrong? What other procedures would be useful to get rid of pimples and scars geting? How long does acne scars usually last? What better makeup cover acne scars? How to get rid of acne scars ????? All responses are appriciated … thanks =]

You can not taste greasy lotions or creams containing vitamin E. Palmers Coco butter is also great, I've used in burns VERY bad, and had no peeling or scarring, I know it is not the same, but worth a try.
