Why Acne Treatments stops working after a few months? Or is it just my skin?

I tried lots of treatments acne. All of them are working for 3-4 months and then the problem comes again. Does anyone have the same problem? They do not know the best acne?

One thing that works really well for me. If I drink a bottle of mineral water on average every 2 hours for me to basically clear urinate all the time, and my acne disappeared. The "theory" is that your body has the need to get rid of the things under consideration and passing out (1) poop (2) pee (3) of the skin. So the thinking is that if you keep your pee clear, then, is making sure to drain all the toxins and then there is less of a need for anything that goes of his face that the bacteria could decide to chew and then clog up your pores. The best part is that you can try it for a week for the cost of water = P Let me know what happens.
