What cure / control your acne? NEED HELP?
I've tried everything and I recently had a very severe outbreak of acne. He went to the Dominican Republic, put me back antibiotics (tetracycline), but this time the maximum level (which is 1000 mg). Anyway its been a month and only a small improvement. It is very bad. I want to go on Accutane but had a boob job recently (1.5 months) so I'm not sure you can go at it after surgery. What has worked? Special emphasis was placed to play a role in it? Any PARTICURLAR FOOD / BEVERAGE improve your skin? How long will it take for you ACCUTANE to see improvement? THANKS TO ALL WHO CAN HELP ME! IM SOOOOO depressed, havent left the house in 2 weeks (back in the shit school!
Vitamin C, 4.2 grams (2000 to 4000 mg) per day. I guess for general immune support, not for acne, but realized that as a side effect. It makes sense if you think about it – grains are infections recently, which is exactly what that vitamin C helps the body fight. Same principle as the document that gave antibiotics, except that helps the immune system rather than demolish it, such as antibiotics.
