Acne Rash
Acne / rash cream treatments?

I have sensitive skin, but have been under stress and has an acne-like rash around the chin. Some of the products I was using too drying. Any suggestions?

I have oily skin and sensitive. I use apricot Ive San Scrub in the nose and chin and rinse, I use St. Ive Facial Cleanser (color is light green) all over face, neck and ears. If you use anything else that irritates the skin Dry or out.
