How can I get rid of acne during pregnancy?

I am 17 and since I got pregnant I got bad acne on my back, chest and face and I do not feel attracted to my husband. Has anyone had this problem and how to get rid of it? Thank you in advance.

drink plenty of water and be sure to clean every day and exfoliate your face twice a week.
