how to get rid of back and chest acne?

I just bought a bunch of cute tanks and spaghetti strap tops, and I can not use them because I popped into my chest and back. I play softball, and I know that makes you sweat, but after games or practices chest I always wash my back or take a shower. I use the Neutrogena body wash for acne. I also wash my chest and back before bedtime and that seems to keep it under control, but I want it gone, all together. any idea?
