How long is well that I take diane35?

I'm using diane-35 pill to treat hormonal imbalance and possible polycystic ovary recipe for a gynecologist. Also recommended for my acne problems. I am required to take 3 to 6 months and an ultrasound to see if there are any changes in my ovaries. The problem is that they have access to a trusted gynecologist and ultrasound where I am. I've been taking diane35 continuously for 9 months (in April) for that. Is continue doing well for me as I also am using it for contraception? I'm getting anxious about this news that diane35 cause severe side effects, so I'm expecting good answers for the moment means while I have no right to consult with doctors.

I took Diane 35 for 5 years without serious problems. HTH:)
