How do I get rid of blackheads, large pores, acne, crusty stuff in your nose?

I've noticed that after exfoliate the skin, a couple of hours my nose is very soft and the pores appear smaller. However, after these times are, my nose beginning to be, along with black spots and acne, these "scab" bits in my nose … is difficult to explain, almost as if it were sand in the nose or something … can anyone help me to get rid of these and reduce the size the pores and pimples? any of the available products or natural remedies?
