If you use it. Does it really clear up your skin completely, if it did how long did it take?
My first visit to my dermatologist a long time ago and she asked me if I was taking anything for my acne. I get cystic acne on my cheeks- it is not the worst but I seem to get them too often and they hurt. She gave me a prescription for epiduo and I used it for about a month or so and it helped with regular little whiteheads but as far as the cystic pimples it did not really do anything. I helped to shrink them a little faster, but I still got acne. It just dried up my skin and didn’t prevent anything. It’s just 10% benzoyl peroxide-that’s all and you can buy the same stuff at a beauty store. I don’t recommend using anything with chemicals. I wash my face at night with a gentle cleanser, and in the morning I use the Dove Skin Vitalizer and put a moisturizer w/o sunblock in it on my face. (Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Oil-free Moisturizer works really well). Fish Oil is really good for your skin and I notice I break out less when I take them on a regular basis. If you eat a regular healthy diet, regular sleep schedule and get exercise it shows on the outside. My acne is not completely gone forever but I definitely don’t break out as much and notice a big difference when I follow a regular schedule. Good Luck!
