I have mild acne (but its pretty bad) I use it? I have a coupon for one free month in the mail, but I'm afraid if I stop using my acne is going to get worse, will this happen?
You should definitley try it! I know very few people who have had mild who have used severe acne and Proactiv skin is much improved. One thing you should know, however, is that your skin will get worse before it gets better. Proactiv products extract your skins imperfections to improve it. Therefore, if you have a small grain, the Proactiv can make it more red or more noticeable – normal. Continue to use it faithfully. If your skin shows no signs of improvement at the end of the month, do not continue using it. Return to your regular routine of skin care or find a new one that works for you [personally I think Clean & Clear system is great!] There is also a new line of Clinique acne that works great! Your skin will get worse if it had not improved. However, if your skin is getting better, ask for more! Do not wait until you run out and then make your skin get worse.
