Exercise can help reduce or prevent acne?
Or is there a link between acne and exercise?
obtain a sufficient amount or more of the speed of sleep the healing process in which your skin is repaired, acne and all that 8 glasses 8 oz, 16 oz or 4 bottles of water flow or more and sleep more than 8 hours per day and make sure your skin is not oily and it will go, but believe me, the exercise can not! a lot! but we need after the shower because it could clog the pores resulting in more acne
