What is the best treatment you’ve found for body acne?

I periodically get acne on my chest and back. I know it may have something to do with stress levels, but are there any sort of scrubs or spa treatments that work well in healing or preventing body acne?

Talk to your parents about going to a dermatologist to see if they would put you on accutane. It cleared up my skin in about a month, and got rid of all acne, scars, and blackheads on my face, back, and chest, and prevents them from coming back.
