What if you get frequent erections, and some grains, does that mean that the stage of puberty?

Maybe, maybe not. Children can have erections in the womb at any time thereafter. My youngest son used to get frequent erections no apparent reason from when I was 4 years old. Subtle hormonal changes can make your sebaceous glands at the base of hair follicles, produce excess sebum, an oily substance that can block the pores of the skin surface and this can cause pimples. The first sign of puberty starting to be used as a guide by pediatricians, is thinning and darkening of the skin of the scrotum, which becomes elastic to make room for the testicles to fall over the body, in preparation for the initiation of sperm production. Shortly thereafter, testicular testosterone secreted into the bloodstream (until then, small amounts of testosterone come from the adrenal glands) and puberty is underway.
