Zits on upper lip?

I want to know how to get rid of pimples around my mouth area, especially on my upper lip. Occasionally I'll get a group of 2 or 3 of them and not to squeeze them because they leave red marks. If I put a acne lotion to dry in my upper lip. What I do?

its hard because people tend to play there. but you only have to put their hands all over your face ………………… dont use lotion. just clean it.
