T sugar give you zits?

I read a status on Facebook and thought it was true. I mean, they say that chocolate is bad for that, so I guess it could be .. What other things True You Give buttons?

I think it's all bs. I think the buttons Acne genes come from the skin and no food. I eat lots of sugar and fatty foods and have never had acne or other conditions.
